The Warranty

Guara products are all covered by a legal warranty, but the warranty does not cover wear due to normal use of the product and damage due to  bad use and  bad storage of the product. The Guara warranty does not cover products that have been repaired or modified.

Guara guarantees original materials and the interventions Guara made.

How use the warranty? 

If you bought a product on Guara-outdoor.com, please contact us and download the « warranty » file and send it to serviceclient@guara-outdoor.com or by mailpost to the following address:

We will contact you to return the product.

If you have bought your Guara product in one of the partner stores, please contact the same specialized store to use the warranty
